- International Shipping: Available upon request.
Estimated delivery time in Ukraine:
- Up to 14 days after order confirmation and full payment.
- If an item is out of stock, delivery may take up to 20 days.
- Free shipping across Ukraine on all orders.
Pickup in Kyiv
- Orders can be picked up from the Mood House showroom at 15 Vito-Lytovskyi Lane, Kyiv (by appointment).
- Pickup time: Within 72 hours of order confirmation. If an item is out of stock, pickup may take up to 14 days.

After You Place an Order
- Our customer support will contact you within 1 hour via phone or email to confirm your order, answer any questions, and finalize delivery and payment details.
Payment Options
- Cash on delivery at Nova Poshta: Pay after checking the items at the branch (plus cash-on-delivery service fee).
- Cash or bank card at showroom pickup in Kyiv: Pay upon receiving and checking your order.
Returns & Exchanges
As per Ukrainian law, you can return or exchange an item within 14 days of purchase if it remains unused and in its original packaging with tags and documents (TTN).
To return an item:
- Ship it via Nova Poshta (Kyiv, Branch #1) to Mood House.
- Contact us at +380985578990 for details.
- Do not use cash-on-delivery; such packages will be returned to the sender.
- Notify us of the TTN tracking number via phone or email ([email protected]) to speed up the process.
Refund Processing:
- If paid in cash, the refund will be transferred to your personal bank card within 14 business days of receiving the return.
- If paid by card at Nova Poshta, the refund will be credited to the same card within 14 business days.
